关中—天水经济区与全国经济联系测度及演变特征  

Economic Linkage Measure and Spatio-Temporal Evolution Characteristics Between Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Region and National Regional

摘　　要：选取城市规模、经济、社会、设施水平4类26个指标测算城市综合质量修正交通通达性和引力模型,测度1980—2014年关中—天水经济区与全国329个城市通达性和经济联系强度及隶属度,研究结果表明：1基于公路、铁路站点、航空机场的城市经济联系总量逐年递增,基于航空机场的城市经济联系总量变化率最大,其次是铁路站点和公路;2基于公路、铁路站点、航空机场的城市经济联系热点区域集中在中东部地区,冷点区域集中在华南和东北地区,主要联系城市具有地域临近性和城市综合质量高双重特征,基于铁路站点和航空机场的城市经济联系强度优于公路;3基于公路、铁路站点、航空机场的城市经济联系空间格局分别呈现倾斜＂十＂字型向＂K＂型或倾斜小＂T＂型转变、倾斜大＂米＂字型向小＂米＂字型转变;4以西安为中心的经济联系范围逐渐扩大,西安与全国329个城市联系紧密且具有稳定性,其它7个城市外向联系微弱,整体空间经济联系轴线未形成。研究认为,应塑造大西安的核心地位,以宝鸡、渭南等城市依托交通干线培育＂米＂字型经济联系轴,形成内外圈层相互促进的整体经济联系网络。Choosing urabn scale, the economic, social and infrastructure level 4 class 26 indicators to measure urban comprehensive to amend transportation accessibility and gravity model, measuring accessibility, economic linkages intensity, degree of membership between Guanzhong-Tianshui economic zone and 329 nationwide cities during 1980 to2014. The results show：（1） The total urban economic linkages increased based on the highway, railway station, aviation airport year by year, change rate of the total urban economic linkages is the biggest based on aviation airport, the second is the railway station and highway.（2） Urban economic linkages hotspots are concentrated around the midwest area, and cold spots areas concentrated in the south China and northeast areas based on the highway, railway station, aviation airport. The main linkage of the city has the characteristics of regional proximity and high comprehensive quality, but urban economic linkages intensity based on the railway station and aviation airport is superior to the highway.（3） Urban economic linkages spatial pattern respectively presented tilt ＂ten＂ font shift to ＂K＂ type or inclined small ＂T＂ type, tilt big ＂m＂ font shift to the small ＂m＂ font.（4）The scope of economic linkages gradually expanded around Xi＇an, which Xi＇an is closely with stability connected with the 329 cities in China, the other 7 cities are weak linkages, overall axis space economic ties far not formed. Based on above, advice from the core of the model big Xi＇an, cultivating the＂m＂type economic ties around Baoji, Weinan etc the core city based on the traffic lines, which formed the overall economic linkages network of internal and external layers of mutual promotion.The research results can provide references for Guanzhong-Tianshui economic zone when making strategies of regional economic cooperation and development.
