摘　　要：目的:了解缅甸某特区使用ATS劳教人员入所前相关高危性行为与HIV感染情况,为当地HIV疫情监控及防控提供依据。方法:于2014年间选取缅甸果敢特区两处劳教所为调查点,对所有在押劳教人员整群抽样。问卷形式进行现况调查。回顾收集人口学、入所前ATS使用及高危性行为等,现场HIV快速双试剂检测,阳性者WB确认。Epidata建立数据库,SPSS17.0进行统计学分析。结果:共调查269人,173人曾使用ATS,168名有高危性行为。单一使用ATS劳教人员HIV感染率达8.0%。结论:缅甸某特区ATS使用及相关高危性行为情况普遍,HIV感染率较高,急需相关监测及干预服务。Objective：To determine the relationship between the prisoners using amphetamine type stimulants（ ATS） high risk sexual behavior and related HIV infection rate in Kokang Myanmar. To provide the basis for the HIV epidemic monitoring and control in local area.Methods：We used cluster sampling method and investigated all prisoners in two labor camp in Kokang. The cross- sectional study we used and investigation was conducted by questionnaire including demographic data,ATS used and sexual risk behavior etc. Also using two different kinds of HIV fast test were detected at the same time,the HIV positive for laboratory testing with WB. Epi Data was used to establish a database,SPSS17. 0software package was used for statistical analysis.Results：A total of 269 people were investigated,173 people who had used ATS including 168 with high- risk sexual behavior. The HIV infection among ATS users rate was 8. 0%.Conclusion：ATS using and related high risk sexual behavior were generally in thisspecial area in Kokang,HIV infection rate is high,it is urgent to provide monitoring and intervention services.
