摘　　要：目的观察Mindin在心力衰竭家兔中的表达改变,探讨Mindin是否在家兔心力衰竭中发挥作用。方法把20只兔随机分为心衰组与对照组,对照组仅行假手术;心衰组通过主动脉瓣反流和缩窄腹主动脉增加心脏前后负荷;造模前后行心脏超声评价心脏结构和心功能的改变,病理染色后分析心脏重构及mindin改变。结果心衰家兔模型成功,Mindin在心衰家兔心脏中的表达减少。结论 Mindin可能参与了心力衰竭的发生、发展。Objective To observe the changes of mindin expression in rabbits with heart failure and investigate the role of mindin in heart failure in rabbits. Methods 20 rabbits were randomly divided into two groups. The control group underwent sham surgery,while the heart failure group was treated with aortic regurgitation and aortic coarctation to increase preload and afterload. Echocardiography was used to evaluate the changes in cardiac structure and heart functionBefore and after the operation. Microscopic observation of cardiac tissues after staining was used to analyze cardiac remodeling and mindin change. Results The model of heart failure rabbit was successfully established,and the expression of mindin was reduced in rabbits with heart failure. Conclusion Mindin may be involved in the development of heart failure.
