摘　　要：目的:测算2009-2013年广东省民营医院经营效率,为民营医院发展提供政策和方向性建议。方法:运用DEA的SE-SBM模型和Malmquist模型对2009-2013年广东省民营医院经营效率进行横纵向分析。结果:2009-2013年广东省民营医院总体经营效率呈"波浪式"式变化,其运营效率并未得到明显的改善;小规模的专科民营医院经营效率优于综合民营医院经营效率。结论:医疗卫生改革政策应当向经济欠发达地区倾斜;而民营医院需构建"小而专"的发展模式。Objective To evaluate the operation efficiency of private hospitals in Guangdong from 2009 to 2013,and provide references for their development. Methods The operation efficiency of private hospitals in Guangdong was analyzed from the horizontal and vertical perspective with SE-SBM model and Malmquist model. Results The operation efficiency of private hospitals in Guangdong fluctuated from 2009 to 2013 ,which needs to be further improved. The operation efficiency of mini private hospitals was higher than that of general private hospitals. Conclusion The private hospitals located in underdevelopment areas should be supper- ted by health-care policy. And tiny-professional model should be built for the development of private hospitals.
