摘　　要：目的：调查并分析河北省老年人生活满意度及其影响因素。方法：通过查阅文献,自制调查问卷,随机抽取河北省三个地区老年人3564人进行生活满意度调查,并进行Logistic回归分析。结果：河北省老年人满意度为75.93%,生活满意度Logistic回归分析结果表明,女性、专科学历、收入1000～以上、与配偶或后辈同住、身体有小毛病和慢性病是满意度的保护因素,而70～、睡眠情况不好和严重失眠、对自己的人际关系不满意是满意度的危险因素。结论：河北省老年人总体满意度较高,而且受年龄、性别、文化、收入、居住情况、家务量、健康状况、睡眠情况及人际关系等因素影响。Objective To survey the life satisfaction of the elderly in Hebei Province and its influencing factors. Methods 3564 cases of old people were randomly selecting from three districts of Hebei Province, and surveyed with self-made questionnaires. Data was studied with logistic regression analysis. Results The life satisfaction degree of the elderly in Hebei Province was 75.93%. Fac- tors of female,education background of junior college, income over 1000 RMB Yuan, living with spouse and younger generation, having small illnesses and chronic diseases were the protection factors of the satisfaction. And factors of aged over 70 ,lower quality of sleeping, being unsatisfied with interpersonal relationship were the risk factors of the satisfaction. Conclusion The overall life sat- isfaction degree of the elderly in Hebei Province was high,which can be influenced by the age,gender, culture, income, living status, housework, health status, sleeping situation and interpersonal relationship.
