摘　　要：社会化的长期护理缺如,致使老年人缺乏应有的照护,这是医养结合实践中的痛点。主要原因是,长期护理服务缺少资金支持;现有医保制度安排不利于提供长期护理服务。应建立长期护理保险基金制度,奠定医养结合式长期护理的物质基础,用以安放我们的老年。Socialization of long-term care is absent, so the elderly lack of care,which is the pain point of medical care and nursing combination in practice. The main reason is that long-term care services lack of funds to support and the existing medical insurance system arrangement is not conducive to it. In order to put our old age, we should establish long-term care insurance fund system for the material foundation.
