摘　　要：为保证开放式创新的良性运转和发展,一个合理、高效、充满驱动力的利益分配机制亟需被构建。在前人研究的基础上,深入挖掘智力股权这一概念的内涵,以其为基础设计出较为合理的异质化开放式创新的利益分配机制,构建了其基本的运行模式,并对未来知识产权证券化和智力股权的关系作了探讨。In order to promote the development of open innovation organization and make it function well,a reasonable efficient and inspiring mechanism of distribution of interests should be created. Based on the previous research,this paper digs out the concept of intellectual equity,designs a possible mechanism of distribution of interests which is based on it and describes how this mechanism works. What is more,the relationship between securitization of intellectual property and intellectual equity is also discussed.
