摘  要:受空间环境下月壤采样机构能源供给的限制,立足于一般的冲击机械模型,假定岩土动态加载刚度一定的情况下分析比较了不同形式入射波形对岩土介质作功过程中能量传递效率情况。以实现最优指数应力波形为目标,基于一维波动力学理论及δ(t)函数法对冲锤部件的波阻抗进行反演设计,并使用正解计算和有限元仿真的方法验证反演设计的正确性。运用假设脱离法分析了冲锤与击杆之间的受力及运动状态,分析了冲锤几何外形无量纲参数影响下能量传递效率和冲锤冲击效率的变化规律并计算相关的最优参数。The energy supply to a moon soil sampling machinery is limited under space environment. Here,energy transfer efficiencies were analyzed and compared under different stress waveforms and a constant rock-soil's dynamic stiffness based on a general impact machinery model. The impactor's wave impedance was designed inversely based on one-dimensional wave mechanics and Dirac delta function δ( t) in order to achieve the optimal waveform. The correctness of the impactor's inverse design was verified with the forward solution and FEM. The motion state and stress between the impactor and rod were analyzed with the assuming separation method. The energy transfer efficiency and impactor's impaction efficiency influenced by impactor's geometry dimensionless parameters were analyzed and the optimal parameters were also calculated.
