论20世纪40年代边区分区的新闻文化建设——以陕甘宁边区的《关中报》《三边报》为中心

摘　　要：延安时期奠定党的新闻工作基础,边区各个分区的新闻文化建设是践行党的新闻工作原则的有机组成部分。作为陕甘宁边区关中分区、三边分区党委机关报的《关中报》《三边报》,坚持"全党办报""群众办报"的办报方针,进行严格、明确的制度建设,追求语言的大众化、民族化,为边区分区的新闻文化建设进行了卓有成效的探索,也为探寻和改进当代新闻传播的理论与实践提供了依据和借鉴。The CCP laid a solid foundation for the Party＇s journalistic course in Yan＇an when the journalistic and cultural construction in the sub- districts of the Border District were well organized and composed the whole course. Guanzhong Press and Sanbian Press,which were set up as the official newspapers of the party committees of Guanzhong and Sanbian sub- districts,stuck to the principles of＂the Party members run the newspaper＂and＂the masses run the newspaper＂. Meanwhile,they set up strict,exact and systematic stipulations to conduct the correspondents and readers to use popularized and nationalized language,which made effective contributions for the journalistic and cultural construction in the Border District and set an example for the theoretical exploration and practical improvement of contemporary journalism and news communication.
