摘 要:为开发先进的铝基固体自润滑材料与技术,采用亚音速火焰喷涂技术制备了铝硅/聚苯酯涂层,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、电子能谱仪(EDS)、洛氏硬度计、拉伸试验机、摩擦磨损试验机分析测试了涂层的组织、硬度与结合强度,探讨了载荷对涂层摩擦学性能的影响。结果表明,涂层由铝硅和聚苯酯相构成,聚苯酯相所占面积比约20%。涂层组织致密,与基体结合强度达67 MPa,表面宏观硬度约为75.3 HR15Y。试验载荷对铝硅/聚苯酯涂层的摩擦学性能有显著影响,涂层摩擦因数随载荷的上升呈先下降后上升趋势,不同载荷致使涂层在组织、成分、形态等方面的差异是其主要影响因素。To develop the advanced Al-based solid self-lubricating material and technology,AlSi/Polyester composited coating was prepared by subsonic flame spraying technology.The microstructure,chemical composition,macro hardness and bonding strength of the coating were investigated with scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS),Rockwell hardness tester and tensile testing machine,respectively.Moreover,the effect of load on the tribological behaviors of the coating was studied using a ball-on-disc tribometer.Results show that the coating consists of two different phases of AlSi and polyester,and the area ratio of the later phase in coating cross-section is about 20%.It possesses a macro hardness of 75.3HR15 Yand exhibits a dense structure with a good bonding strength about of 67 MPa.The applied load has a significant impact on the tribological behaviors of the coating.The friction coefficient of the coatin first decreases and then increases with the increase of the load.This might be due to the different microstructures,contents and micrographs of the coating caused by different loads.
