停伐后伊春国有林区林下经济发展现状调查研究——以兰溪林业局发展“森林猪”产业为例

摘　　要：对伊春市美溪林业局森林猪产业发展进行了实地调研,采用问卷调查法进行分析。结果表明:重点国有林业停止商业性采伐后,把发展森林猪作为促进经济转型、实现职工创业增收的替代产业是一个重要选择。但其发展还存在销售渠道窄、饲养技术高以及发展模式不明朗等问题。在此基础上提出了建立因地制宜的循环发展模式、政策科技助推森林猪产业化发展以及利用政府扶持政策积极拓宽营销渠道等建议。By studying on developing＂forest pigs＂in Lanxi Forestry Bureau on spot and by Questionnaire Survey and analysis, results show that after the key state-owned forestry stopping commercial logging, taking developing forest pigs as substitutes for promoting forestry economy transformation, realizing workers entrepreneurs＇ income is an important choice. But its development also has the problems of high sales channel being narrow, breeding techniques and development model not being clear. Based on all theses, the proposes are put forward that developing mode of adjusting measures to local conditions, policy, science and technology boosting forest pigs industrial development and applying government support policy,actively expanding marketing channels.
