地机穴埋线合中药封包治疗原发性痛经的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察"地机穴"埋线合中药封包治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法将42例患者随机分为两组,各21例,治疗组采用"地机穴"埋线合中药封包治疗;对照组采用普通针刺治疗,连续治疗3个月经周期。观察两组治疗3个月经周期后临床疗效。结果治疗3个月经周期后,治疗组在缓解痛经严重程度与对照组相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组在改善痛经总频率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);有效率治疗组为90.48%,对照组为71.43%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 "地机穴"埋线合中药封包治疗原发性痛经有显著疗效。Objective To assess the clinical effect of catgut embedding with Acupoint Diji（ SP 8） combined with traditional Chinese medicine packets in treating primary dysmenorrhea. Method 42 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups,and each group had 21 cases. The treatment group was treated by catgut embedding with Acupoint Diji（ SP 8） combined with traditional Chinese medicine packets. The control group was treated by normal acupuncture. The treatment continued for 3 months. The clinical curative effect of the two groups after 3 menstrual cycles was observed. Result After 3 menstrual cycles,the difference of dysmenorrhea severity between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. The difference of total frequency between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. The effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 90. 48%and 71. 43 %,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The catgut embedding with Acupoint Diji（ SP 8） combined with traditional Chinese medicine packets in treating primary dysmenorrhea has significant effect.
