凯时联合优思弗治疗重度黄疸型乙型病毒性肝炎疗效及安全性观察

摘　　要：目的观察凯时联合优思弗治疗重度黄疸型乙型病毒性肝炎疗效。方法以我院2010年6月~2014年6月收治感染科的乙型病毒性肝炎患者70例为研究对象,将其随机分成两组,均采取常规护肝治疗,实验组加用优思弗0.25g,2次/d口服,和NS 10m L＋凯时10μg静注,每天1次。对照组加用NS 10m L＋凯时10μg静注,每天1次。观察两组临床治疗效果。结果对照组总有效率仅达71.43%,明显较实验组（97.14%）低,且TBIL、ALT、ALP、GGT水平（32.37±16.66）mol/L,（60.81±29.86）U/L,（55.16±12.23）U/L,（59.21±29.73）U/L,显著低于对照组（56.26±18.12）mol/L,（64.14±32.77）U/L,（74.81±14.52）U/L,（81.68±32.14）U/L,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组不良反应发生率无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论凯时联合优思弗治疗重度黄疸型乙型病毒性肝炎,治疗效果明显。Objective To observe the curative effect of lipo prostaglandin E 1（Lipo-PGE1） combined with ursofalk in treatment of severe icteric hepatitis B. Methods 70 patients with hepatitis B who were admitted to the department of infection of our hospital from June 2010 to June 2014 were selected as research objects. They were randomly allocated to the experimental group and the control group according to random control method. They were all received routine liver protection. The experimental group was also given orally taken ursofalk 0.25 g for 2 times a day and intravenous injections of NS10 m L ＋ and Lipo-PGE1 10μg for once a day. The control group was also received intravenous injections of NS10 m L ＋ and Lipo-PGE1 10μg for once a day. Clinical curative effects of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 71.43%, significantly lower than that of the experimental group 97.14%. In addition, total bilirubin（TBIL）, alanine aminotransferase（ALT）, alkaline phosphatase（ALP） and gamma-lutamyl transferase（GGT） of the experimental group（32.37±16.66）mol/L,（60.81±29.86）U/L,（55.16±12.23）U/L,（59.21±29.73）U/L were all significantly lower than those of the control group（56.26±18.12）mol/L,（64.14±32.77）U/L,（74.81±14.52）U/L,（81.68±32.14）U/L. Difference between two groups had significantly statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Incidences of adverse reactions of two groups had no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Lipo-PGE1 combined with ursofalk in treatment of severe icteric hepatitis B has significant curative effect.
