护理干预在手术室护理工作中应用的效果

摘　　要：目的分析护理干预在手术室护理工作中的应用效果。方法对我院2013年1月~2015年1月期间行手术治疗的123例患者的临床资料予以研究,随机分为对照组61例,研究组62例。对照组患者实施手术室常规护理,研究组患者在对照组护理的基础上,增加术前、术中、术后护理干预,观察比较两组患者的护理效果。结果研究组患者术后血压、心率水平显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。研究组患者术后拆线时间、下床活动时间、住院时间显著少于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。研究组患者对护理的满意度为98.4%,明显高于对照组的80.3%,比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在手术室护理工作中应用护理干预的效果非常好,能够显著降低患者术后血压、心率,缩短拆线时间、下床活动时间及住院时间,对提高患者护理满意度有着积极意义,值得临床选用与普及。Objective To applicative effect of nursing intervention on nursing in the operating room. Methods Data of 123 patients who were received operation in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were researched and they were randomly allocated to the control group（n=61） and the research group（n=62）.Patients in the control group were received routine nursing while the research group was received nursing interventions before,during and after operation at the basis of the control group.Nursing effects of two groups were compared. Results After operation,blood pressure and heart rate of patients in the research group were both significantly lower than those of the control group.The difference was significant（P〈0.05）.After operation,time for removing sutures,off-bed activity time and hospitalization stay of the research group were significantly less than those of the control group.The difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Nursing satisfaction degree of the research group was 98.4%,significantly higher than that of the control group 80.3%.The difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of nursing intervention in nursing in operating room has good effect.It can significantly lower postoperative blood pressure and heart rate and shorten time for removing sutures,off-bed activity time and hospitalization stay of patients.In addition,it has positive significance in improving nursing satisfaction degree,worthy of clinical application and promotion.
