摘  要:目的探讨品管圈活动对住院患者护理工作满意度的作用。方法我院消化内科2014年5~8月采用发放自行设计问卷调查的方式,调查实施品管圈活动对护理操作正确率、病房红灯率、患者的生活质量及患者对护理工作的满意度情况,并与实施前相比较。结果品管圈活动实施后的病房红灯率为10.59%,明显低于实施前的21.18%,而实施后护理操作正确率为89.41%,明显高于实施前的76.47%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。品管圈活动实施后的护理满意率为94.12%,明显高于实施前的82.35%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。品管圈活动实施后QLQ-C30评分明显高于实施前,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论对住院患者实施品管圈活动可明显降低病房红灯率,提高护理操作正确率,患者对护理工作的满意度也得以提高,改善患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle activities(QCC) in inpatients' satisfaction with nursing work. Methods The self-questionnaire survey was made from January to August 2014 in the Digestion Department of our hospital.The correct rate of nursing operation,the rate of ward red light,the quality of life and the nursing satisfaction rate of the patients were investigated after the QCC,and then all the subjects were compared with before the QCC. Results The rate of ward red light after the QCC was 10.59%,and lower than 21.18% before the QCC;the correct rate of nursing operation after the QCC was 89.41%,and significantly higher than 76.47% before the QCC,there was significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate after the QCC was 94.12%,and significantly higher than 82.35% before the QCC,there was significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.05).The QLQ-C30 scores after the QCC were significantly higher than before the QCC,there was significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion The implementation of QCC for inpatients can significantly lower the rate of ward red light,increase the correct rate of nursing operation and nursing satisfaction rate of inpatients,improve the quality of life of the patients,and it is worthy of clinical application.
