摘  要:钼(铜)精矿焙烧烟道灰是钼(铜)精矿在氧化沸腾炉焙烧过程中产生的含有丰富的有色金属和稀贵金属的高温烟尘.以经干馏提取金属锇的烟道灰干渣为原料,烟道灰干渣与复合氧化剂混合均匀,通过氧化干馏和水吸收提取铼.结果表明:将烟道灰干浸渣质量与其质量5%的复合氧化剂混匀,在500℃下氧化干馏30 min,以二次蒸馏水三级吸收Re2O7,用氨水调节吸收液pH至8-9,使高铼酸转化为高铼酸铵,铼的提取率在85%以上.The roost flue dust concentrled with molybdenum(copper)core is a smoke containing the nonferrous metals and rare precious metals at high temperature,which is originated from molybdenite or copper sulfide in oxidation fluidized bed furnace roasting furnace gas mechanical entrainment and volatilization condensation.The rare metal rhenium was collected by the oxidation-dry distillation using flue ash as metallic source.Furthermore,the mixture of asrefined rhenium via dry distillation and oxidant was treated by oxidation-dry distillation thereby refining rare metal rhenium.The results show that the refined rate of metal rhenium was above85% at the condition of 5% oxidant,500 ℃,30 min,and adsorption of Re2O7 by redistilled water.
