摘 要:目的分析高通量透析在终末期糖尿病肾病中的疗效。方法选取2013年7月~2014年6月在我院接受1年透析治疗的50例终末期糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,对其自身前后对照,先对所有患者进行半年的低通量透析(即低通量透析法),再进行半年的高通量透析(即高通量透析法),对比应用两种方法治疗后相关指标及治疗过程中的并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,高通量透析法的血磷、血清肌酐、白蛋白均高于低通量透析法,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。同时,高通量透析法的空腹血糖、空腹2h血糖、甲状旁腺激素、血尿素氮、血钾均低于低通量透析法,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。另外,在治疗过程中,高通量透析法7例出现并发症,发生率为14.00%,低通量透析法17例出现并发症,发生率为34.00%,高通量透析法的并发症发生率低于低通量透析法,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论给予终末期糖尿病肾病患者高通量透析法治疗效果显著,能有效改善患者的肾功能,降低并发症的发生率,值得推广。Objective To analyze the curative effect of high flux dialysis in the treatment of end-stage diabetic nephropathy. Methods 50 patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy who received one-year dialysis in our hospital from July 2013 to June 2014 were selected as research subjects.Healthy conditions before and after dialysis were compared.All patients were received half-year low flux dialysis(low flux dialysis method)followed by half-year high flux dialysis(high flux dialysis method).After treatment, related indexes and complications during the treatment of two methods were compared. Results After treatment, serum phosphorus, serum creatinine and albumin of the high flux dialysis method were all higher than those of the low-flux dialysis method and the difference was statistically significant(P〈 0.05). Meanwhile, fasting glucose, fasting 2h blood glucose, parathyroid hormone, blood urea nitrogen, serum potassium of the high flux dialysis were all lower than those of the low-flux dialysis and the difference was statistically significant(P〈 0.05).In addition, there were 7 cases of complications in high-flux dialysis method during treatment and the incidence rate was 14.00%. There were 17 cases of complications in low-flux dialysis method during treatment and the incidence rate was 34.00%. The incidence rate of complications of the high-flux dialysis method was lower than that of the low flux dialysis method and the difference was statistically significant(P〈 0.05). Conclusion Patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy receiving treatment of high flux dialysis has significant curative effect. It can effectively improve the liver function and reduce the incidence of complications, worthy of promoting.
