针刺联合小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察及对患者生活质量的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析针刺联合小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效以及对患者生活质量的影响。方法于2013年2月~2015年3月,随机抽取98例腰椎间盘突出症者且参考随机数字表法按照1：1比例将其分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予针刺治疗、观察组在针刺基础上联合小针刀治疗,同时对两组患者治疗效果、腰椎功能及疼痛评定、生活质量评分进行对比分析。结果观察组JOA（13.50±3.10）分、VAS（5.05±0.74）分平均差值评定、躯体功能（54.00±3.00）评分、心理功能（60.00±2.00）评分、社会功能（59.00±2.50）评分、总体生活质量（58.40±1.60）评分,优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论针刺联合小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果显著。Objective To analyze the curative effect of acupuncture in combination with small needle knife in treatment of lumbar disc herniation and the effect on quality of life of patients. Methods 98 patients with lumbar disc herniation from February 2013 to March 2015 were randomly selected and allocated to the observation group and the control group according to the proportion of 1：1 by random number table.Control group were given acupuncture treatment while observation group was received small needle knife at the basis of acupuncture treatment.Curative effects,lumbar function and pain assessment and scores of quality of life of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results JOA score, evaluation of mean difference value of VAS,body function score,psychological score, social functions score,score of overall quality of life of patients in the observation group were（13.50±3.10）,（5.05±0.74）,（54.00±3.00）,（60.00±2.00）,（59.00±2.50） and（58.40±1.60） respectively,superior to those of the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture in combination with small needle knife in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation has effect.
