摘 要:为防止地力衰退和病虫害危害加剧,有必要筛选蕴含丰富基因资源的种源/家系林。选取生长及白蚁危害等级等指标,对广东江门的种源/家系林117个尾叶桉家系的生长和虫害进行调查。结果表明在117个家系中有41个家系没有白蚁危害,最终确定8个生长快且抗虫的家系入选为优良家系;117个家系的平均单株材积遗传力达到0.3640,8个入选家系的遗传增益达到8.66%。To protect the soil and prevent serious diseases and insect pests caused by extensive planting of single variety, it is necessary to select new provenance/family forest with abundant gene resources. In thispaper, growth and insect resistance to termite of 117 families of 6-year-old Eucalyptus urophylla were studied.The results indicated that there were 41 families that could resist to termite. Finally 8 fast-growing familieswith resistance to termite were selected as the superior families. The average heritability of individual treevolume of the 117 families was 0.3640, and the genetic gain of the 8 superior families was estimated to be 8.66%.
