摘  要:高压雾化喷嘴的优选是涉及多因素、多指标的综合性问题。提出采用多指标正交实验的方法,以煤矿采煤面常用的3大类高压雾化喷嘴为例,采用极差分析、方差分析对喷嘴的实验结果进行分析与讨论,最终确定最优组合为c类型、喷嘴孔径为1.6 mm的7#高压雾化喷嘴,喷雾压力为8 MPa,并将7#喷嘴在高庄煤矿采煤工作面进行了应用。通过现场实测,采取优选喷嘴的综合降尘措施后,采煤工作面有人作业处喷雾降尘效率达到83.9%以上。Optimization of high pressure spray nozzle is a comprehensive problem which related to multi- factor and multi- index. We present a multi- index orthogonal experiment method. Taking three kinds of high pressure spray nozzle commonly used in the coal mining face as an example,with the method of range analysis and variance analysis,the nozzle experimental results are analyzed and discussed. Finally,7#nozzle which belongs to c types and the nozzle aperture is 1. 6 mm is selected,and the spray pressure is 8 MPa. 7#nozzle has been applied in the coal mining face of Gaozhuang Coal Mine. Through in- situ test,the dust removal efficiency of the coal mining face where someone works in is above 83. 9%.
