摘 要:结合郭村矿破碎围岩12061底板抽放巷岩层特点及巷道变形情况,对原支护修复巷道持续变形的原因和机理进行了分析。提出去掉U型钢被动式支护方式,采用"高强锚网索+顶帮底角注浆加固"为主的修复支护技术,对锚网索支护参数和工艺进行了优化,使用高强度护表构件(大托盘、高强度钢筋梯)和底角锚索,对锚杆和锚索施加高预紧力,优化注浆参数和工艺等。现场表明,该巷道修复支护技术有效控制了底抽巷的持续变形。Combined with the characteristics of crushed surrounding rock and the deformation of roadway in 12061 low level suction roadway in Guocun Mine,the continuous deformation causes and mechanism of the repaired roadway were analyzed. The repaired supporting was proposed,which got rid of passive support method with U steel,to use the repair supporting technology of " the high strength cable anchor,working slope,strengthening grouting",the supporting parameters were optimized,which includes making use of the high strength protecting scale component( large tray,high strength steel ladder) and the base anchor cable,increasing the pre-tightening force of bolting and cable,optimizing the parameters and process of grouting and so on. The field experiments show that the roadway repair supporting technology is effective in controlling the deformation of 12061 crushing surrounding rock low level suction roadway.
