摘　　要：介绍了吉林省单相智能电能表自动化检定系统的软、硬件主要结构及工作流程,并针对系统在实际应用中的常见故障如电能表资产信息下载失败、绑定失败、机器人自动封印失败进行了分析,针对运行时暴露的系统设计不足与缺陷,提出了增加误差检定单元缓存托盘、增加分拆单元的缓存空间、增加视频检测单元的工艺检测等改进措施,取得了较好的效果。The paper introduced the structure of software and hardware of Jilin Province single phase smart meter automatic verification system and its work flow.Analyze the common faults in practical applications,such as watt-hour meter asset information download failed,bind failure,robot automatic seal failure.Aiming at the shortcomings and defects of the system design in operation,proposed some improvement measures,such as added error verification unit buffer tray,increased the cache space of the partition unit,increased video detection unit,and achieved good results.
