摘  要:利用冷轧与半固态热处理工艺(冷轧SIMA法)制备了AZ91D镁合金半固态坯料,研究了不同冷轧压下量对半固态坯料显微组织与压缩性能的影响,并探讨了固相颗粒的球化机制与半固态坯料的成形机制。结果表明:随着冷轧压下量的增加,固相颗粒的平均尺寸逐渐的减小、球形率逐渐地增大,液相率逐渐地增大,而半固态坯料的压缩性能呈先升后降的趋势;当冷轧压下量低于8.72%时,对半固态坯料显微组织的影响较为敏感。半固态加热时,固相颗粒的原子尺度界面由光滑小晶面转变为粗糙非小晶面,宏观表现为多边形转变为球形;且随着冷轧压下量的增大,该球形化过程的转变速度显著提高。The semi-solid billets of AZ91 D magnesium alloy were prepared by the cold rolling and semi-solid heat treatment process. The effects of the cold rolling reduction on microstructure and compressive properties of the semi-solid billets were analyzed,the forming mechanism of the billets and the spheroidizing mechanism of the solid particles were discussed. The results show that with the cold rolling reduction increasing,the average size of the particles decreases and its sphericity rate increases,and the liquid fraction increases gradually; however the compressive properties of the billets increase first and decrease afterwards. Otherwise,it is very sensitive to the microstructure morphology of the billets while the cold rolling reduction is less than 8. 72%. During the semi-solid heat treatment,the interface on the atomic scale of the solid particles has a transformation from smooth small crystal face to rough and non-small crystal face,which is the polygon transforming to sphericity on the macroscale. With the cold rolling reduction increasing,the transformation process speeds up obviously.
