摘 要:通过数值模拟比较了3种目前关于K节点的试验加载方法,提取焊趾处的热点应力进行对比分析。结果表明,第1种和第3种加载方法可行,而第3种加载方法更易于实验。故采用第3种加载方法,以25 t级桁架臂起重机K节点为试验对象,进行了静载应力测试,测试结果与数值模拟结果吻合性较好,进一步表明第3种加载方式的合理性与可行性。这为桁架臂起重机K节点疲劳破坏试验方案提供了理论依据。K-joint in small-tonnage lattice boom crane is an important structure connection and the main fatigue damage point. So it is necessary to do fatigue test for K-joints,and reasonable loading method is the key to obtain reliable test result. By numerical simulation in three different loading methods of K-joint testing,the hot spot stress of the weld toe is obtained for comparative analysis. It proves that both the first method and the third method are feasible. Furthermore,the third method is easily implemented. Then,as an example,a 25-ton lattice boom crane is tested by using the third method to test the stress of K-joint. The test data and the FEA results are in good agreement,the fact further demonstrates the rationality and feasibility of the third method. The theoretical basis of K-joint fatigue test in smalltonnage lattice boom cranes is provided.
