摘　　要：急性创伤性中央脊髓综合症(acute traumatic central cord syndrome,ATCCS)是最常见的急性不完全性颈脊髓损伤,其诊断主要依靠受伤机制、体征及影像学检查,治疗措施有保守和手术治疗,文中针对其发病机制、病理生理及治疗进展做一综述。Acute traumatic central cord syndrome（ ATCCS） is the most common incomplete cervical spinal cord injury. Its diagnosis mainly depends on the mechanism of injury,physical signs and imaging examination. The main treatment method is conservation or surgery. Here we reviews the progress of its pathogenesis,pathophysiological changes,and surgical treatment advances.
