Nutritional Evaluation and Correlation Analysis between Molybdenum Content of Tobacco-planting Soils and Tobacco Leaves in Qiandongnan State

摘  要:对贵州省黔东南州具有代表性的194个植烟土样的全钼含量、p H值和89个烟叶样本的钼含量进行测定。结果表明:黔东南州植烟土壤全钼含量平均为2.32 mg/kg,烟叶钼含量平均为0.53 mg/kg,土壤全钼含量较为丰富,烟叶钼含量较为缺乏;土壤全钼量与烟叶钼含量呈正相关性,土壤p H与烟叶钼含量呈负相关性,但相关性均未达显著水平。针对黔东南州植烟土壤及烟叶钼含量低的区域,尚需开展进一步的研究与探讨。Molybdenum content and related items in 194 representative tobacco-planting soil samples and89 tobacco leaf samples from Qiandongnan State of Guizhou procince were analyzed.The results showed that the average Mo content in Tobacco-planting soils was 2.32 mg/kg, average Mo content in tobacco leaves was 0.53 mg/kg. Soil Mo contents were rich, and tobacco leaves Mo contents were deficiency.Correlation analysis indicated that there were no significant correlation between soil p H-value and tobacco leaves Mo content in soil, as well as soil Mo contents and tobacco leaves Mo content. Therefore, the tobacco-planting soil and tobacco leaves Mo content of deficiency area in Qiandongnan State need to be studied further.
