摘　　要：针对锅炉离心引风机机壳及进出口管道振动过大的问题，使用CSI2130振动分析仪对该风机进行了监测。通过趋势跟踪及频谱分析，找出了离心引风机旋转失速的故障特征及原因，结合现场设备实际将风机入口管道的人孔盖敞开后，彻底解决了风机的旋转失速问题。The shell of the centrifugal induced draught fan of boiler and entry and exit pipe have big vibration. Monitor this fan by CSI2130 vibration analyzer. Through trend track and spectrum analy- sis, find out the feature and reason of rotating stall fault. According to site actual situation, open the manhole cover on fan entry pipe. As the result, the problem of rotating stall is thoroughly solved.
