治理视域下我国高校学术治理体系建设

摘　　要：学术治理体系建设是高校深化改革的核心环节。当前,学术权力的主导地位尚未确立;教授在学术治理的作用比较有限;学术委员会的体制机制不完善;相关制度不健全等等。针对高校学术治理在制度、实践层面的困境,本文从丰富学术治理的理论体系,完善学术治理的结构体系,强化学术治理的功能体系,创新学术治理的方法体系,健全学术治理的制度体系以及深化学术治理的运行体系等六个方面入手,探讨分析了解决的途径与举措。The construction of academic governance system is the core part of the deepening of the reform in Universities. Academic governance is the process of control, guidance and regulation of all academic affairs within the university. Academic governance and academic management are essentially different. At present, the dominant position of academic power has not been established, the role of professors in academic governance is limited, academic committee system mechanism and related system is not perfect and so on. To crack the dilemma of academic governance should start from six aspects： Enrich the theoretical system of academic governance, Perfecting the structure system of academic governance, Strengthen the functional system of academic governance, Innovation the method system of academic governance, Improving the institutional system of academic governance and Deepen the operation system of academic governance.
