摘　　要：莪术醇是传统中药莪术和现代中药莪术油的重要有效成分,具有抗肿瘤、抗生殖、抗炎等多种药理活性,具备很高的医药研究价值.本文对莪术醇的药理学、药动学、毒理学、药效学等医药研究方面进行了综述.Curcumol is the effective component of traditional Chinese medicine curcuma and modem Chinese medicine zedoary oil.The medicinal research related to curcumol is worth to be carried out by pharmaceutical scientists,for curcumol has many important bioactivities,such as antitumor,anti-reproduction,anti-inflammatory and so on.This review discussed the progresses of curcumol in pharmacology,toxicology,pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics.
