摘 要:转向节是重型卡车前桥上的关键零部件,其质量直接影响整车的可靠性和安全性。对锻造调质热处理后转向节产生的裂纹进行了较为全面的分析研究。通过对试样及裂纹的金相组织分析,发现试样表面和芯部组织分布非常均匀,而在裂纹两侧存在脱碳和氧化等现象。结合金属学理论,并综合考虑加热温度、模具质量等其他工艺因素,最终判定裂纹产生于锻造过程中,并且与坯料表面质量有关。根据分析结果,进行了相应的改进措施,采用满足热顶锻要求坯料并增加了探伤检测环节。通过后续实际生产检验,证实了对转向节裂纹原因的分析及改进措施的有效性。Steering knuckle is a key part in front axle of heavy truck, and its quality directly affects the reliability and safety of the whole truck. A kind of rupture in the steering knuckle resulting from forging and quenching tempering treatment was analyzed in detail. Through the analysis on the microstructure of specimens and rupture, it is found that the microstructure distribution of both surface and core part in sample is quite uniform, and both sides of the rupture have phenomenon of decarburization and oxidation. Combining theoretical analysis with other process factors such as heating temperature, die quality, etc. , the rupture was determined to form in the forging process and related to the surface quality of the blank. According to the analysis results, corresponding measurements were put forward as follows : the forging blank should reach the requirement of hot upset forging, and the nondestructive inspection was added to avoid the rupture in the forging process. The actual subsequent production verification shows that the analysis resulting in the steering knuckle rupture is confirmed and the effectiveness of the optimized measurement is proved.
