摘 要:精冲成形由于其高效、优质等特点而被广泛应用于机械、汽车、航空航天等领域。超声波辅助塑性变形由于其独特的"表面效应"和"体积效应",具有降低材料的流变应力和减小摩擦系数等优点。本文将超声波应用到中高碳钢材料的精冲成形工艺中,研究了超声波对精冲成形工艺的影响规律。应用Deform-2D模拟了超声波辅助精冲成形过程,重点分析了精冲过程的速度场、静水应力场和等效应变场。根据Oyane提出的延性断裂准则,阐释了超声波辅助精冲裂纹萌发机理。通过对工艺参数影响规律进行研究及工艺优化,获得了塌角较小、断面质量高的超声波辅助精冲件。Fine blanking process has been widely used in the fields of machinery, automobile and aerospace because of its high efficiency and good quality. Ultrasonic assisted plastic deformation with the particular "surface effect" and "volume effect" has many advantages, such as reducing the flow stress of material and decreasing friction coefficient. The effect of ultrasonic on fine blanking process was researched when the ultrasonic was applied to the fine blanking process of medium - high carbon steel. The ultrasonic assisted fine blanking process was simulated by Deform -2D, and the velocity field, equivalent stress field and equivalent strain field were analyzed emphatically during fine blanking process. Based on the ductile criterion proposed by Oyane, the mechanism of crack generation in the ultrasonic assisted fine blanking process was revealed. Through the research on the influence law of parameters and technology optimization, the ultrasonic assisted fine blanking workpieces with small fillet region and good quality of cross section were obtained.
