摘  要:恒力弹簧的优异性能依赖于其各位置等自然曲率的特性,而在目前成形工艺中,恒力弹簧在稳定化热处理时,受到弹簧本身几何形状的约束,表现出外层自然直径大于内层的偏差,影响了恒力弹簧的精度。为克服这一工艺难点,提出拉压复合连续弯曲成形的概念,用于此类构件的成形,对此成形方法的成形原理进行了阐述,对其成形工艺进行了分析,并通过试验研究,对影响成形的关键工艺参数进行了规律与数值探索。成形方法原理上复合了压弯力矩小与拉弯稳定性高的特点,并通过正反向弯曲减小残余应力,可使恒力弹簧构件在无热处理情况下直接应用,而仍表现出很高的稳定性以及更高力学输出精度与储能密度,使生产过程更为高效、节能。Due to the advantages of equal curvature in each position, the performance of the constant force spring is excellent. However, the geometry constraint of constant force spring during stabilizing heat treatment results in the bias of an outer natural diameter longer than the inner in the current forming process, which affects the accuracy of the constant force spring. For solving the above problem, the tension-compression composite progressive bending process was proposed to form such component, and its forming principle was described. Furthermore, the forming process was analyzed, and the critical process parameters affecting forming were explored on the hales and values by experimental research. Therefore, the characteristics of low torque in compress bending and high stability in stretch bending were com- bined, and the residual stresses were reduced by bending forwards and backwards to make the constant force spring be applied directly without heat treatment with a high stability, higher mechanical output precision and the energy storage density, which makes more efficient and energy saving in production.
