摘 要:模拟了最常见的VOCs污染源喷漆房,主要VOCs污染物为甲苯和二甲苯。对比了2种的VOCs采样方法-玻璃注射器直接采样法和活性炭吸附采样法,测试采集到的样品在采样器具玻璃注射器和活性炭管内的随时间衰减过程,以及测试了温度对其衰减过程影响。同时,根据VOCs在玻璃注射器中的衰减变化趋势规律,初步建立了样品在玻璃注射器中的衰减指数模型,应用实测数据拟合了25℃时玻璃注射器中VOCs样品浓度随时间的衰减曲线对数据进行校正,校正后的数据更加接近污染源VOCs浓度的原始真值,为更加准确的测试污染源中VOCs实际浓度提出了新的方法。Simulation of the most common VOCs pollution source- spray paint room were performed with the results that main VOCs pollutants were toluene and xylene. Two VOCs sampling methods, namely direct sampling method and activated carbon adsorption sampling method, were compared with the sample method, and the time decay process of the sample in the sample was tested. At the same time, according to the attenuation variation trend of VOCs in the glass syringe, the attenuation index model of the sample was preliminarily established The data were corrected by using the measured data. The data were more close to the original real value of VOC concentration in the VOCs sample, which could provide faster and more accurate results for the VOC detection in pollutants.
