摘　　要：目的:探讨膨体聚四氟乙烯(e PTFE)联合自体软骨移植在隆鼻术中的应用。方法:对笔者所在科室2012年起收治的10例低鼻矮鼻患者,予自体软骨连结于e PTFE假体鼻尖处组合移植行隆鼻术。结果:手术效果令人满意,外观改善均达到鼻背增高、鼻梁延长、鼻尖前伸等目标。结论:组合移植自体软骨及e PTFE假体的隆鼻术是一种降低e PTFE假体隆鼻感染发生的可行方法。Objective To investigation the application of expanding polytetrajfluethlene（e PTFE） in augmentation rhinoplasty. Methods We combined grafting of auto-cartilage and e PTFE implant in augmentation rhinoplasty to those patients accepting treatments from 2012. Results The effect of the operation was satisfactory. Conclusion This is a good method for reducing postoperative infection of augmentation rhinoplasty with e PTFE.
