摘　　要：目的:探讨黏着斑激酶相关非激酶(facol adhesion kinase-ralated nonkinase,FRNK)在瘢痕疙瘩组织中的表达及意义。方法:利用Western-blot及反转录聚合酶链式反应(reverse transcription-PCR,RT-PCR)检测10例瘢痕疙瘩及10例相应周围正常皮肤组织中FRNK蛋白及m RNA表达水平并进行统计学分析。结果:瘢痕疙瘩组织中的FRNK蛋白表达明显低于正常皮肤(0.12±0.06比0.32±0.04),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);瘢痕疙瘩组织中FRNK m RNA表达明显低于正常皮肤(0.27±0.03比1.10±0.05),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:FRNK蛋白及m RNA在瘢痕疙瘩组织中低表达,导致其对成纤维细胞凋亡作用减弱,对瘢痕疙瘩的形成可能起重要作用,通过调节FRNK的表达,有望为瘢痕的治疗提供新的靶点。Objective To investigate the facol adhesion kinase-ralated nonkinase（FRNK） expression and significance in keloid tissue. Methods Using Western blotting and RT-PCR to test the expression of FRNK protein and m RNA in 10 cases of keloid tissues and 10 cases of normal skin, and conducte the statistic analysis. Results The expression of FRNK protein in the keloid tissue was significantly lower than that in normal skin（0.12±0.06 vs 0.32±0.04）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. The expression of FRNK m RNAin the keloid tissue was significantly lower than that in normal skin（0.27±0.03 vs 1.10±0.05）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusions FRNK protein and m RNA has a lower expressionin keloid tissue, inhibits the fiberblasts apoptosis, and may play an important roleon the formation of keloid.Regulating the expression of FRNK in keloid,could be a new therapeutic target.
