高能窄谱640nm红光联合梅花针叩刺治疗斑秃疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察高能窄谱640nm红光联合梅花针叩刺治疗斑秃的疗效。方法:将入选的70例斑秃患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各35例。对照组:采用梅花针叩刺治疗,2次/周,共治疗2个月;治疗组:在梅花针叩刺的基础上给予高能窄谱640nm红光照射治疗,隔日1次,共治疗2个月,观察治疗后疗效。结果:治疗组有效率94.2%,对照组有效率62.9%,两组方法疗效比较,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:高能窄谱640nm红光联合梅花针叩刺治疗斑秃安全、有效,值得临床推广应用。Objective Through the curative effect of 640 nm energy narrow spectrum red night combined plum-blossom needle tapping in the treatment of alopecia areata,in order to explore a more safe and effective treatment method. Methods A total of 70 patients with alopecia areata were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,there have both 35 cases in each group. The control group using plum blossom needle therapy, 2 times per week,a total of 2 months of treatment.The treatment group received 640 nm energy narrow spectrum red night therapy on the basis of plum-blossom needle tapping therapy,1 times every other day,a total of 2 months of treatment,and then observing the curative effects of two groups. Results The treatment group was 94.2%,the control group was 62.9%,the efficacy of the method of comparison of the two groups was significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The method of 640 nm energy narrow spectrum red night combined plum-blossom needle tapping thrapy in the treatment of alopecia areata is worthy of promotion,which is safe and effective.
