摘　　要：植物品种权价值链模式并非一成不变,而是随着外部环境的变化和企业的成长,从一种模式演化为另一种更高级、更适应环境的模式。文章阐述了植物品种权价值链演化的概念与特征,总结了植物品种权价值链演化的3种模式,并对每种演化模式的优缺点、适用条件及典型案例进行了分析,期望不断提升我国种子企业的国际竞争力。Plant variety value chain model is not static, but always evolves from lower to higher model with the changes of the external environment and the growth of enterprises. The concept and characteristics of plant variety value chain evolution were described in the paper.Three models of plant variety value chain evolution were summarized, and advantages and disadvantages of each model, the applied conditions and typical cases were analyzed, in order to improve the international competitiveness of China＇s seed enterprises.
