摘　　要：科技管理作为科技活动的一个重要环节,对科技水平的高效提升和科技活动的有序发展起着重要的作用。当前农业科学技术迅猛发展,科技投入逐年增加,为适应现代科研院所建设和满足科技创新需求,建设专业化复合型科技管理队伍已迫在眉睫。文章阐述了农业科技管理的新特点,探究了新时期农业科技管理队伍建设的新要求,并从国家与科研单位两个层面提出了加强科技管理队伍建设的建议。As an important part of science and technology activities, technology management plays an important role in effective improvement of science and technology level and orderly development of science and technology activities. Given the rapid advancement in agricultural science and technology and the growing input in science and technology, it becomes imminent to build a specialized and multidisciplinary science and technology manager team to meet requirements for development of modern scientific research institutes and technological innovation. New characteristics of agricultural science and technology management were defined in the paper from six aspects, and new requirements for building of agricultural science and technology manager team in the new era were studied. Suggestions and solutions for building of science and technology manager team were put forward at the national and organizational levels.
