老年高血压患者脉压与血脂关系的研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨老年高血压患者不同脉压（PP）水平与血脂的关系。方法：选择2014年3月-2015年3月在本院心内科住院的510例老年高血压患者,按PP水平分为PP1组（PP≤40 mm Hg）,PP2组（PP 41~60 mm Hg）,PP3组（PP 61~80 mm Hg）,PP4组（PP〉80 mm Hg）四组。比较各组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）水平、总胆固醇（TC）水平、甘油三酯（TG）水平及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）水平,分析血脂成分对老年高血压患者不同PP水平的影响。结果：LDL-C≥2.6 mmol/L、TC≥4.14 mmol/L、TG≥1.71 mmol/L在各组所占的比例逐渐增高;且上述3个指标与患者PP均有相关性（P〈0.05）;HDL-C与患者PP无相关性（P〉0.05）。结论：TC、LDL-C、TG是老年高血压患者的PP升高的危险因素。Objective：To investigate the relationship between the pulse pressure in elderly hypertensive patients and plasma lipids.Method：A total of 510 elderly hypertensive patients in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected.According to pulse pressure, they are divided into group PP1（PP40 mm Hg）,group PP2（PP 41-60 mm Hg）,group PP3（PP 61-80 mm Hg） and group PP4（PP80 mm Hg）.The levels of low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）,total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） of the groups were compared.The influence of plasma lipids element on pulse pressure were analyzed.Result：The proportion of LDL-C≥2.6 mmol/L,TC≥4.14 mmol/L,TG≥1.71 mmol/L gradually increased in each group.LDL-C,TG,TC with the patients＇ pulse pressure had correlation（P〈0.05）,and HDL-C had no correlation with the patients＇ pulse pressure（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglyceride are the risk factors in elderly hypertensive patients with elevated pulse pressure.
