健脾化痰胶囊治疗痰湿蕴肺之咳喘证的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察健脾化痰胶囊治疗痰湿蕴肺之咳喘证患者的临床疗效。方法 60例痰湿蕴肺之咳喘证患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组予以氨溴索片、克拉霉素、氨茶碱缓释片治疗,观察组予以健脾化痰胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为96.7%,药物不良反应发生率为6.7%,与对照组患者的76.7%和26.7%比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾化痰胶囊治疗痰湿蕴肺之咳喘证,疗效确切可靠,药物不良反应少,可有效提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe clinical effect by Jianpi Huatan capsules in the treatment of syndrome of accumulation of phlegm-dampness in the lung. Methods A total of 60 patients with syndrome of accumulation of phlegm-dampness in the lung were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group. The control group received ambroxol tablets,clarithromycin,and aminophylline sustained-release tablets for treatment,and the observation group received Jianpi Huatan capsules for treatment. Clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group had total effective rate as 96.7%,and incidence of adverse drug reactions as 6.7%. Comparing with 76.7% and 26.7% in the control group,their differences had statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion Jianpi Huatan capsules provides precise and creditable effect in treating syndrome of accumulation of phlegm-dampness in the lung,with few adverse drug reactions. It can improve quality of life in patients,and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
