曲美他嗪治疗心力衰竭患者心率变异性以及心功能的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的曲美他嗪治疗心力衰竭患者心率变异性(HRV)以及心功能的临床疗效分析。方法 80例心力衰竭患者,在基础心力衰竭治疗的基础上加用曲美他嗪治疗,比较患者治疗前后的HRV及心功能变化情况。结果治疗后全部窦性心搏RR间期的标准差(SDNN)与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后心功能优于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论曲美他嗪治疗心力衰竭患者,可以改变HRV,提高其心功能,值得推广。Objective To analyze clinical effect by trimetazidine in the treatment of heart rate variability（HRV） and cardiac function in heart failure patients. Methods A total of 80 heart failure patients received trimetazidine in addition to basic therapy for heart failure. Changes of cardiac function and HRV before and after treatment were compared. Results The difference of standard deviation of all sinus cardiac RR interphase（SDNN） before and after treatment had statistical significance（P0.05）. The cardiac function after treatment was better than that before treatment（P0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of heart failure patients,trimetazidine can change HRV and improve cardiac function. It is worth promoting.
