摘　　要：随着中国科技水平的不断发展,尤其是在图形图像方面的处理方法日新月异,使得车牌识别的水平得到很大提高,对识别的要求也逐步加强.本文主要介绍一个车辆牌照图像识别处理的方法,利用事先从摄像头采集得到的静态图像进行车牌识别的技术,在Open CV仿真软件上,模拟在简单特定场景下,实现对车辆牌照的识别。In recent years,as China continues to develop scientific and technological level,especially in terms of graphic image processing methods with each passing day,making the license plate recognition level has been greatly improved.This paper describes a vehicle license plate image recognition.The system is the use of a static image in advance from the camera to capture the resulting license plate recognition technology.
