摘  要:目的探讨生物敷料A在大比例网状植皮治疗大面积烧伤患者中的应用。方法将20例大面积烧伤患者休克期后的第1次四肢切削痂手术,随机分为两组:A组(10例)应用网状皮片移植+生物敷料A覆盖(拉网比例1∶4);B组(10例)应用网状皮片移植加用油纱覆盖。结果 1植皮成活率:A组明显优于B组;残创发生率:A组为1.5%,B组为8.6%(P<0.05);2愈合时间A组为(16±5)d,B组为(19±6)d(P<0.05);3远期观察瘢痕增生差异存在显著性(A组明显好于B组)。结论在烧伤早期手术中采用大比例网状皮片移植加生物敷料A覆盖,能很好的节省皮源,明显提高植皮成活率,加快创面愈合,创面愈合后瘢痕明显减轻。Objective To investigate the application of biological dressing A in the application of large scale mesh skin graft in large area burn patients. Methods 20 patients with limb large area burn were randomly divided into two groups, give the first cutting scab surgery after the shock period. Group A(10 cases) mesh skin graft + biological dressing A cover(net ratio 1∶4); Group B(10 cases) applied mesh skin grafts add oil gauze covering. Results 1Survival rate of skin graft: group A was better than group B; The incidence of residual wounds: group A is 1.5%, group B is 8.6%(P〈0.05); 2Healing time of group A is(16±5) days, group B is(19±6) days(P〈0.05); 3There were significant differences of long-term observation in the scar hyperplasia(group A is much better than group B). Conclusion Mesh skin graft in early burn surgery plus biological dressing A cover, can significantly enhance the survival rate of skin graft, accelerate wound healing, reduce scar after wound healing.
