甘桔冰梅片治疗声带小结的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察甘桔冰梅片治疗声带小结的效果。方法将98例声带小结患者随机分为观察组49例和对照组49例,观察组患者予以休声、雾化吸入及甘桔冰梅片治疗,对照组患者予以休声、雾化吸入治疗。治疗3周后行相关疗效评定。结果观察组有效率高于对照组,VHI-13评分、总嘶哑度(grade,G)评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甘桔冰梅片有利于提高声带小结治疗效果,减轻相关症状,值得应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Ganji Bingmei pill in the treatment of vocal nodules. Methods 98 cases of patients with vocal nodules were randomly divided into observation group（49 cases） and control group（49 cases）. Patients in observation group were given the treatment of good rest of throat, aerosol inhalation and Ganji Bingmei pill. Control group were given the treatment of good rest of throat, aerosol inhalation. After 3 weeks, the relevant effects were evaluated. Results The effect of the observation group is higher than that of the control group. VHI-13 score, total hoarse degree（grade, G） score are lower than that of the control group. The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ganji Bingmei pill is beneficial to improve the effect of vocal nodules treatment, relieve symptoms, is worthy of application.
