摘　　要：2014年初,教育部印发《中国特色新型高校智库建设推进计划》,高校智库建设迎来了前所未有的发展机遇。广东省高等教育资源虽然丰富,但高校智库建设相对滞后,仍面临诸多问题和挑战。因此迫切需要转变施政理念,营造智库氛围,强化智库意识,拓展转化渠道,共建智库平台,并不断探索高校智库建设的组织形式和评价标准。Early 2014,The Promotion Plan of the New Think- tank Construction in Higher Institutions with Chinese Characteristics was issued by the Ministry of Education. This is anunprecedented opportunity for the think-tank construction in higher institutions. Although there are abundant high education resources of Guangdong Province,think- tankconstruction in higher institutions is relatively backward and continues to face multiple challenges.Therefore,it is desperately necessary to transform the idea of administration,to create the think- tank atmosphere,to strengthen the consciousness of the think- tank,to expand the channel of transformation,to build the think-tank platform together,and to keep exploring organization form and evaluation criteria of the think- tank construction in higherinstitutions.
