摘  要:以钙钛矿结构的陶瓷粉为填充材料,分别采用不同种类的硅烷偶联剂对其进行改性处理,然后与聚四氟乙烯乳液球磨混合,最后通过压延成型和热压烧结制备成微波复合介质基板。该文分别对基板进行了吸水率、密度、介电性能和扫描电镜(SEM)测试表征,测试结果表明,经Z6032硅烷偶联剂处理的陶瓷粉制备的复合介质基板性能最优,在10GHz下,其介电常数为9.5,介电损耗低至2.1×10-3,剥离强度达到了2N/mm。The perovskite ceramic powder as filling materials were treated by different kinds of coupling agents respectively.Then,the treated ceramic powder were mixed with PTFE emulsion by ball milling,rolling forming and hot pressing sintering.The microwave composite dielectric substrates are prepared finally.The bibulous、density,dielectric properties and microstructure of the composite substrate were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).It was founded that the composite treated by Z6032 silane coupling agent had optimal properties.The dielectric constant is 9.5,and dielectric loss is low to 2.1×10-3 at 10 GHz,and the peel strength is up to 2N/mm.
