摘　　要：建筑产业化支撑了欧美发达国家国民经济的高速增长,改善了市民的住房需求。该文分析了欧美日等发达国家以及我国沈阳、北京、上海等城市建筑产业化发展机制,这些机制对我国建筑产业化的发展战略制定和实施具有重要意义,并对将"建筑产业化"纳入招标中进行了探索。Construction industry helps the rapid growth of the national economy of the European and American countries, and improves civil housing situation. This paper analyses the development mechanisms of construction industrialization in developed countries in Europe and America as well as in Chinese cities like Shenyang, Beijing and Shanghai etc. These mechanisms exert significance on the development strategy formulation and implementation in China. The ＂construction industrialization＂ into bidding system is also explored.
