摘 要:我国东北地区玉米烘干机系统热效率低、能耗高、污染重,对其采取废气回收、烟气余热利用、设备保温处理、改变气流走向、更换分层煤斗和高效换热器等技术措施,收到了明显的节能减排效果。换热器进风口平均风温提高了30℃以上;排烟温度降低了30℃以上;节煤15%以上;废气中的皮屑和粉尘回收率可达80%。既节约了资源,又保护了环境。In according to the low thermal efficiency,high energy consumption,heavy pollution of corn dryer system in the northeast china,energy saving and emission reduction technology had been adopted such as the waste heat recovery system,the recycle of the waste flue gas,comprehensive equipment heat preservation,stratified coal feeder,the replacement of efficient heat exchanger,etc.which achieved good effects.Specific performance is:Average inlet air temperature of heat exchanger could be improved more than 30℃;The temperature of the exhaust flue gas decreased more than 30 ℃;Coal saving rate exceeded 15%;The dander recovery rate of waste gas and dust can attained 80%.Those measures achieve the purpose of Saving resources and protecting the environment.
