摘  要:针对浙江某企业汽车差动继动阀产品合格率较低的问题,本文利用专业模流分析软件Procast对产品现有的压铸结构工艺进行数值模拟研究,观察铸件充型过程和模拟结果,分析缺陷成因。以此为依据,对原铸件压铸结构进行优化设计。结果表明:改进后的铸件毛坯结构能改善该产品的缺陷问题,提高其合格率。Aiming at the problem of low qualification rate of differential relay valve in a enterprise of Zhejiang, the die-casting structure process was simulated by using professional mold flow analysis software Procast. Then, the filling process and simulation results of the casting were observed and the defect causes were analyzed. On this basis, the original die-casting structure was optimized. The results show that the optimized casting blank structure can improve the defects problem of the product and enhance the qualification rate.
