摘  要:为了提高制件的成形质量、成形效率和成形极限,并了解不同成形角对多点复合渐进成形过程的影响,使用有限元软件MSC.Marc建立了多点复合渐进成形方锥台制件的三维有限元模型,并进行了不同成形角成形过程的数值模拟,探讨了成形角对制件等效塑性应变、厚度分布、厚度减薄率等的影响。模拟结果表明,成形角越大,等效塑性应变和厚度减薄率越大,单位时间内的相邻等效塑性应变增量和厚度减薄量越小,制件变形越均匀,板材塑性发挥越充分,但成形效率越低,制件越易发生破裂等成形缺陷;方锥台制件拐角处的厚度减薄较侧壁处的厚度减薄更严重。多点复合渐进成形试验表明,数值模拟结果和实验相吻合。In order to improve forming quality, forming efficiency and forming limit of the parts, and understand the influence of different forming angles on the process of multi-point composite incremental forming (MPCIF), 3D finite element models of MPCIF square conical fi'ustum part were built by using finite element software MSC.Marc. The forming process at different forming angles was numerically simulated. Effects of forming angle on the equivalent plastic strain, thickness distribution and thickness thinning rate of parts were discussed. The simulation results indicate that the bigger forming angle is, the bigger equivalent plastic strain and thickness thinning rate are, the smaller the adjacent equivalent plastic strain increment in unit time and thickness thinning rate are, the more uniform deformation of parts is, the fuller plastic of the plate is, but the lower forming efficiency is, the easier producing tincture and forming defects are. The thickness thinning rate of square conical frustum part in the comer is more serious than that of the side wall. The test of MPCIF shows that the numerical simulation results agree with the test results.
